Perhaps, what’s been in the back of your mind is how you would love to experience a deeper feeling of fulfillment and purpose, or maybe greater self-acceptance. What about richer and more understanding relationships? Or even a stronger sense of freedom?
A lot of this seems to stem from the nagging questions so many of us seem to carry around right now – what’s missing? Isn’t there more than this? Is this all there is?
We know we’re not settled. We may have an inkling of what would seem like a better life, but we don’t really know where to turn, we don’t know what practices are ACTUALLY worthwhile and are proven to work (versus all the “let me give you my opinion self-help” that’s available at every click)… and, in addition to that, we need to finally take the time to figure it out in the midst of our chaotic schedules.
